Play limits protect your Cloud bill from "wallet drains" (bots replaying a scene, or binge abuse). Set your own limits in My account, Edit, Play limits. Leave a field empty to use the site default, or enter 0 to switch that limit off.

When an alert fires, you can Ignore, Send message (maybe offer the fan a free download), Lift (resets the count), Revoke, or Cancel subscription.
Pro tip: Turn compliance into a win. For bought scenes, offer the fan a download (a Dropbox or WeTransfer link, for example). Once they have it, revoke their access through the Cloud. They feel looked after, and you save money. Maybe upsell them a Special Offer:-)
