Trace : This is really about our health and safety doing service as a promo tool. If you don't want to join as a Professional, just make sure that someone involved in each scene tags you, so you can be contacted should you be in a potential transmission chain. That helps keeps you safe, even if you can't post them yourself. If you have an agent, and they are a member, they can post them to help keep you safe.
Events : You can post events. Parties, Tours, industry coffees etc
Physical Goods : You can sell them.
Public Bio : Everything you want fans to know, to be able to buy and pay.
Professional Bio : What you want the industry to know. Includes info re collaboration status as everyone needs to freshen up their circle from time to time. And yes there is a NONE option (to hide yourself) and yes, searches filter by place, so LA peeps shouldn't get hit on by New Yorkers unless our guy is planning an LA trip.
Forums : Read and Post - very useful for conversations that need to last longer than a 24 hour whatsapp frenzy. NOT AVAILABLE TO FREE USERS after the trail period.
Friends (Blue Flag) : You can mark people as Friend and be marked as Friend by other people. You can then send GROUP messages to SOME of your Mutuals e.g "My mutuals who are creators in Germany" when planning a trip there. NOT AVAILABLE TO FREE USERS after the trail period.
Green Flag : You can give people Green Flags. They can be seen by your friends, and the friends of the person you gave it to. Your name is linked to the flag (so people can ask you about them). NOT AVAILABLE TO FREE USERS after the trail period - can't give, or be given, a Green Flag.
Red Flag : You can give people Red Flags (with notes) that only you can see. E.g. your friend tells you X pushed boundaries, so you Red Flag them so that next year, when you have forgotten, you don't work with them. NOT AVAILABLE TO FREE USERS after the trial period
Collab Search : Find people to collab with based on your needs and theirs. NOT AVAILABLE TO FREE USERS after the trail period
*Agents can have a special set of additional powers to allow them to create content for the talent that they represent. This requires that the Agency takes a Banner Ad slot.
Cloud
If you want to use our Cloud for delivery*, we charge a simple 9c per GB fee for storage and transfer. We need to set up a Library for you, DM us. We work on a credits system, minimum $20, and when it gets low, top up. 25% BONUS CREDITS if you buy $80+ of credits. So, send $80, get $100 in Credits.
If you upload a 720 video, the best quality save will be 720. If you upload a 1080, it will be 1080. If you upload better than 1080, the best save will be the 1080 version.
If you want to see what your looks like, esp if using better lenses and sensors, send me a short max bitrate 720 and 1080 clips, I'll add it to the Cloud so you can see, and decide.
Your camera, lighting, shooting style and editing all impacts on how much of a difference there is in practice between 720 and 1080.
FWIW, if you ask people who shoot, they will always say pick 1080. But it's your content, your money, and if it doesn't make much difference to YOUR CONTENT, 720 can be rational.

Worked example of the costs/revenues
My 20+min 720 (HD) 1.6GB scene stores at 1GB, but that's about 400MB for the 720 and 350 for the lower resolutions, 1GB for the lower resolutions, (sent as streams when connections are poor, this is what is happening when you re streaming and it goes a little blocky for a moment). So the maximum bandwidth of a stream is 0.4GB.
My 20+min 1080 (FullHD) 2GB scene stores at 2GB, but that's 1GB for the 1080, 1GB for the lower resolutions, (sent as streams when connections are poor). So the maximum bandwidth of a stream is 1GB.
As you can see, the rendering and transcoding process doesn't have any hard and fast maths, but ballpark, assume that the high quality 720/1080 file on the PC is about the same as the total stored and bandwidth is half that, ish :-
100 full scenes in 720p at say 1GB stored, 100x9c = $9pm. Sell ONE SINGLE SCENE, just ONE, of the 100, to ONE person, ONCE for $9.09, break even. Sell 5 and you are level with a 20% platform. Sell more than 5, and you are doing better. Sell 100 and you pull down $909, we charge you $9 for storage and $9 for bandwidth. About 2%. A 20% platform kept $180. a 40% one, $360.
If you prefer 1080, roughly double. So selling 100 scenes a month, we're billing $18 and $18. 4%. As opposed to 20%.
A warning : If you sell a Subscription grant access to ALL the content, a $10 subscription would use $9 of bandwidth if they hit all in the first month. This is why we suggest pacing access to old content for new subscribers. Given them 5-10 a month. Keep at least $9 of their $10 :-)
For higher quality streaming doesn't really work, it only takes one slight bottleneck and it's running at 1080 or even 720. If fans want to pay for 1440 (QHD = 2K) or 2160 (UHD = 4K), you sell that via Dropbox.
*You can just have them on your Dropbox etc and send buyers links. The benefit of our Cloud is we provide an easier process, but also, we intend to add automated payments using bitcoin and stablecoins. Yes, it would be sensible to wait until we do :-)

By NOT handling the money, NOT controlling the message channel between you and your fans, there is no single point of failure for your business.
*Heads up, this isn't usually for censorship reasons, but because they used a personal account for business. It happens to lots of small biz. Get a biz bank account, or at least, a new account with a different bank.

We have chosen NOT to handle money direct for the following reasons:-
Tax savings for everyone : Because we are not touching the money, we don't have to collect taxes. If your business is such that you need to, fine, but for UK creators at least, the only sales tax is VAT, and while the platforms charge it to buyers*, you don't have to (unless grossing £80K+ ish).
*They have no choice. They handle the money, the turnover is theirs for tax purposes, even if you are a small creator.

Short answer, as soon as you take cards, small creators have to pay $1450pa (2026) just to be allowed. Evenm if they make no sales. Then they can expect to hand over 12-16% of every sale to the card provider.
This is why you all had to start buying porn from platforms. Who take 20-40% for their trouble.
But the cards force the platforms to follow their rules, not what the law says, and the keep changing the rules, mostly to make things more restricted.
By not taking cards, and using systems that mean you send the money direct to the creator, you know they get all the money.
Because you pay them direct, it also means that in most cases you need to wait for them to get the money, then turn on the porn.

Most important are the Site Secret (because you might like to use a fake email* and **, for privacy).
The Payment and Contact info here is pulled across when a user creates an order.
*If Fans use a fake email, that's fine. BUT, it means you will not get updates from people you Follow. We send them by email. It means we will need you to provide your SiteSecret in any communications so we know it's you. If you lose your SiteSecret you will in effect freeze your account. We cannot verify you via your password, your password is stored encrypted, we can't read it. If you are a fan you just need to ensure that when you make a purchase or contact a Creator needing a reply, that you include a contact method that works.
** If you are a professional, we will need to confirm your email address as if we need to contact you, we need to contact you. You can switch from fake to real when you upgrade if you wish.

You can set up multiple accounts using the same email. So, if you are a Performer and a Location Owner, you can set up two accounts and use one for each.
You can have ONE Public Bio and ONE Professional Bio per account.
Most people will just have one account and bios that tell people everything. But if you like brand separation, multiple accounts is how you do it.
Note that each account is billable. So, you do need a business case for this.

Before we start, you can TAKE DOWN ANY of your own content, at any time.
We are not imposing a 30 day or 1 year delay like apparently some platforms do. Your content, your business, your way.
You relationship with your buyer is yours. If you tell them that "content is available while listed, could be pulled tomorrow", that is the contract. If you promise people, "if you buy, it will be in your library for at least 12 months, unless removed due to circumstances beyond our control", then you need to follow through on that, or risk their bad reaction.
We do advise that if you decide to delete content, you let the people who have it in their library know, and provide them with an opportunity to save/download it before deletion.
FWIW, revocation by a co-performer is a circumstance beyond your control.
Revoking collab content.
If you are a site member, you can revoke other people's permission in collab content at any time, but they get 14 days in which to notify anyone who has it in their Library that they need to save it.
This clock starts as soon as you notify us that you have deleted your version of the scene AND told the other creator that you are doing this.
Revoking content you were paid to be in.
If a site member, as above, but obviously you don't have it, so notice period starts when you tell us you have told them that you are revoking.
If you are NOT a site member we will remove immediately if requested, but would prefer that you gave them time to notify their fans. Which you choose depends how annoyed you are...
Use this route for contractual disputes - e.g. "it's AI of me. I did scenes for them, and I agreed they could use AI to improve the scenes, but they are making whole new ones".
Be aware that they may sue you for breach of contract.
Revoking by declaring REVENGE or DEEPFAKE
Site member or not, we take down immediately.
Be aware that using this route when it is not true opens you up to CRIMINAL prosecution. So, do this when when it's really the case. Not as a shortcut in a commercial dispute.

Just ignore all the video fields and you can create "photo, tags and description and where to buy links" promotional entries.
We get it, fans who have an account with OF, or MV or Sheer, it's easiest for them to buy from there. Fans who want to pay with cards, need to buy from a card platform. We can't expect everyone to start sending money direct right from the start.
This way, you can focus your X etc on promoting your CU, knowing that your fans can then bounce out where they want to buy.
BUT ALSO, push people towards paying you 100% and direct.
Fan : You have most of your scenes on OF, where I subscribe. What about the other ones you show here, when will they be on OF?
You : They won't. They are too hot and too taboo for OF. OF will NOT LET ME put them up. So, you need to buy them direct from me. Nothing I can do about OF rules.
Once a fan buys one thing direct, it is so much easier for them to buy more....

Stream is you uploading your stuff, it goes to the Cloud, where it is processed to give various streamable versions from 240p to 1080p rendered at standard streams quality. Users who pay you for access, can view.
If you provide SFW title, thumbnail, trailer, loop, these are visible to people who have not age verified.
If you provide NSFW title, thumbnail, trailers, loop these will be shown to any user who has Age Verified. Defaults to SFW for any not supplied.
The Loops are the short vids that play when a viewer puts their mouse over the thumbnail.
Advice :-
If uploading and on a connection that drags, render using "YouTube" settings if your editing software has such. Higher settings just take longer to upload. Lower settings (more compressed) produce worse results.
Trailers are best about 10 seconds long, but there are no fixed limits.
Loops have their own render rules (they need to be smaller, for speed), see the upload page.
Content is audited on a risk assessed basis. Basically, read the rules, follow them.
Add Videos from Online Storage
Saves you a LOT of time compared to uploading them.
Dropbox : create a Share link where anyone with the link can view.
Google Drive : create a Google Drive link with permissions to view for "Anyone with the link"
OneDrive : click SHARE, then in link settings select "Anyone with the link". View only is fine.
Box : create a download link for public files
BackBlaze : creates standard links, should be fine.
pCloud : if you have your file in the Public Folder feature (paid feature), the file link should be perfect, no further settings to be picked.
iCloud : it's Apple, of course they don't allow you to grant access to other Clouds.
WeTransfer : it's not online storage
SwissTransfer : it's not online storage
Proton Drive : encrypted, can't use.
Mega : encrypted, can't use.
Two step Save then Publish
When adding content, DO NOT SAVE until all the attached files have processed.
Then SAVE, but DO NOT PUBLISH until all the files you attached play properly. This can take a while (esp for the Main File), so, come back later rather than wait. Or start on the next content.
If a file fails - either didn't get logged into the Cloud, or is stuck on Processing (basically the same thing), Edit and redo.
IMPORTANT : Once you PUBLISH, the only way to deal with file issues is delete the content and start over. This is for legal reasons. We audit, sign off that it's all good, and then you swap the video out for a non compliant one. We know YOU wouldn't. But criminals would.
Grant Access to Buyers/Subscribers
Buyers : Open the Content Edit, enter the Username of the new buyer. Save.
Subscribers : Open your Profile and enter the Username of the new subscriber. Save
This is clunky and we will make smoother later, esp for subscribers and bulk buyers, BUT WE CANNOT AUTOMATE IT. Only you know who has paid for what and is entitled to see it.
For subscribers, you need to maintain a spreadsheet of who has subscribed, for how long they have paid, and monitor their payments so that you don't give stuff away. Ideally make sure that you have some payment option that allow recurring payments to be set up, for example UK Account you can ask people to set up Standing Orders or Direct Debits. (WARNING, make sure you have a BUSINESS ACCOUNT, doing this on a Personal one will get you flagged for "running a business on a personal account", and they don't like that. Debanking can happen without any warning).
This is all because this is YOUR business and you control the money, and need to be seen to do so.

If you like to sell high end huge file content - 4K, 8K, big VR, sell Downloads.
People order it, you send them it however you like - share link, Swiss Transfer, whatever, from your own device or Online Storage.
You can sell them via our site if you don't have Online Storage and life is too short for transfers.
IMPORTANT : If you want to store your Downloadable files in our Cloud, you need to tell us. We have to update your Library settings. That said, trust me, get Dropbox. It's much better for most Creators. Use us if you sell LOTS and need the automation, then we are worth the extra money.
Why Not Stream 4K+? Tech Note : Streams work by reforming the file into a fixed format that is always LOWER QUALITY than a high quality render. The streaming process then will often send an even lower quality, because of bottlenecks between the server and the client. Basically, 4K streams on the client screen are NOT the 4K file you supplied. If you have fans who want to pay premium money for high quality files, you need to let them download them so they can play them locally in full glory.
Dropbox Tech note 1 : My personal online storage is Dropbox. Approx £100pa for 2000GB. That's an insanely good deal.
Dropbox Tech note 2 : So why don't CreatorsUnchained use Dropbox as our Cloud? Their architecture is not designed for distribution, let alone streaming, and their charges reflect this. They monitor for abuse. You sending a few files, or even tens of files, a day, they are fine with.
Dropbox Tech Note 3 : If you create an "anyone can view" link on Dropbox it is my understanding that it is PERMANENT. This is Ok for links used to move your files to our Cloud (link isn't published), but a leak risk when sending to clients who might share it, or putting in as a Download Link. Best practice for clients is to suggest they "create a disposable email address" and grant access via email address. (If you become concerned that a link has leaked, you need to DELETE the file from Dropbox and reupload, OR have a Pro Tier contract that allows link controls. Expensive).
Other Storage Services : Can't comment as I don't use them. Be satisfied that you understand the risks of providing Download Links.

You can sell any items you like except knives and other weapons. Make sure that they are legal to own and send, and that you package appropriately.
We do have a blanket ban on weapons, be they blunted or replica. The legalities are too complex for us to get tied up in.
We do not allow the sale of magazines, DVDs etc that might breach porn laws. This mainly affects certain Japanese materials such as Lolicon and Shotacon, Little Idols, and some vintage European porn which would now be illegal to make. Selling your classic Playboys and Penthouses, no problem.
Advice : Be very clear what country you are in, and the costs of posting within it, and to whichever countries you care to price up. Someone lives elsewhere, "Send me $10 and I'll find out what the postage is", OR, "This is a heavy item, buyer collects.".
Commercial Sellers we divide into TWO types, Makers and Retailers.
We support our independent craftspeople and specialist retailers.
DO NOT post standard sex shop items easily available by retail or mail order. They know where to get that. They want unique, rare, or genuinely interesting short run items.
Monitor your ads. If you run out of an IN STOCK item (and are not making it to order), remove the ad.
Makers : You can list anything you have made, and have in stock, or that you will make to order PROVIDED you have a photo, so, you made one already. Do not duplicate. If you have three St Andrews Crosses in plain wood, just one St Andrews Cross post. If one wood, one with red leather, one with black, you can have three listings.

Retail : You are selling things made by others. Example, you are a sex shop but have contacts with craft toy makers in China who you commission to provide short runs of special designs for you. Or you have a local furniture maker who isn't plugged into the market as a maker, but is happy to take orders from you.

The industry has a problem in that every few years there will be an STD issue. In Europe there is no central body that tracks health certs. And unless everyone wants to put up money to run such a legal nightmare, there never will be. Same I think applies in South America and Mexico. Given the way people move around on collabs and shoots, it's a global concern.
BUT WHEN an outbreak occurs, the medics need to contact trace. Who did Patient Zero fuck before they tested positive (so as far back as their earliest possible date of being infectious)? Those people are N=1. Who did they fuck? Those people are N=2.
Imagine there was a list of scenes, with who in them, and when made, because if there was, it would have all that info, while containing no personal medical records. Now there is, all you have to do, is add any scenes you are in. Yes, this means the same scene might be added by all the performers and the producer and maybe the agent, but that isn't a problem. Add away. Every scene you make from here on in. (You can add old ones as well, for the making money side. Completists spend money :-)
Yes, this is not perfect - the medical people will want to talk to everyone, because they need to ask about personal life contacts as well. But what it does do is given them a flying start to get all the industry people in for testing and/or treatment.
Trace entries are not public. If an issue happens, we will grant access to the health professionals doing the tracing.
At the start of each month Trace entries older than 3 months are deleted. This is because there is nothing that should need older records.

Our limits are the ones in law. In some cases that law is tighter than say the USA, and in other cases it's more relaxed. Some areas we are careful with as the boundaries are currently ill defined. We maybe move to a maximally unrestrictive country if revenues permit. So :-
Overview : no CSAM and nothing that, if copied by a foolish civilian, could result in serious harm to them. This can be obvious - no proper looking violence, limits on CP, and can be "but why?", such no blood (biohazard).
FAKING IT WITH PROPS AND MAKEUP : Sadly not a way around things if your aim is realism. (Because an idiot might think it's real). IS OK when over the top and obviously faking up for effect. So, whipping to seem to break skin and leak blood, no. Remaking Monty Python's Black Knight, fine.
Legacy Content : Some content we will allow when it's creation predates modern rules. If you are a long established creator with a library of legacy content talk to us. We will expect it to be added shortly after you join. This allows us to have the defence that "our processes are designed to prevent people creating new material under old rules).
Banned Words List :-
We don't have one.
BDSM : nothing that cuts the skin, max damage to be bruising that clears in a few days. No throat ropes. Performers must have ability to withdraw consent. If they can talk, that suffices. If they can't talk, and are restrained, you must, during the intro, establish how consent can be withdrawn during the shoot. This must be a clear, obvious, unmissable communication, "blink twice" does not suffice, but "start shaking your head vigorously" might.
CNC : Consensual Non Consensual. It must be clear that it is is consented. E.g. have an intro where the victim explains the rules and the safe word/action to all involved.
CP : Nothing harder than bruises that will heal in a few days.
Smothering : Woman on Partner. Allowed so long as clearly not dangerous.
Breath Play and Auto asphyxiation : No. The freedom part of me wants to say yes, but it is, sadly, objectively and statistically, the most dangerous sexual practice in terms of deaths and brain damage. It really does tick the "copycats can come to serious harm" box.
Pee : Not in mouth or on a person. No drinking. (This is an area we hope to relax once expensive professional legal advice taken).
Squirting : During sex as something just happens within a long scene is fine.
Scat : No.
Choking/Strangulation : Not Allowed. Law. (New law, waiting to see where limits are drawn, but assume that pressure on throat or any sign of discomfort will always be banned even if lighter is allowed). Elsewhere: We will accept your formal statement re legality. But you must blur passers by for whom you do not have paperwork.
Audience of the public in a private location : Allowed, done right. Example, fucking in a nightclub as people watch. You must provide proof that everyone in the space must have been aware that it was being filmed and published. Ideally individual consent, but a video showing the BLOODY HUGE SIGNS saying, "Porn being filmed in this room. If you enter you should EXPECT to be filmed, and your face will NOT be blurred. The film WILL BE PUBLISHED" will suffice for our purposes. Even so, blur all faces of those not individually consented.
Consent Revocation : Allowed. If someone in a video asks for it to be taken down, we will. That you might have a contract with them, that they are now in breach of, is between you and them.

Green Flags are in effect a network effect - if you get Green Flagged by a well connected member of the community, that Flag shows to all their network.

Red Flags : - these are just for you, and Admin.
They can be because you hear things about them and simply want a note that you will avoid them. It can because you have an unsatisfactory experience but nothing "wrong" as such. There are people you just don't have chemistry with. It could be lack professionalism - late to set, weeks to deliver promised edits.
There are people I would Green Flag because I recognise their professionalism, but privately Red Flag to make sure I don't work with them again because were simply not a good fit, for my style anyway. I have a terrible memory. Spend a day that doesn't quite work, ce la vie. Do it twice with the same person, that's on me.
If you are red flagging because of a serious industry safety issue, tell Admin. We will see if others have done the same. If there is a pattern, we take action, ranging from an article outlining concerns to booting them off.

Everything must be entirely your own material, or shared in a documented fashion.
If you use any other sources, document it and make sure you have the right licence and are compliant with all the terms (but basically, don't use other sources, don't use music).
This only becomes an issue is a copyright complaint is made. If this happens, we MUST remove the material on demand if they provide us with enough details for us to have Actual Knowledge, and then there is a process.
The process:-
The claimant has to provide a LOT of info for us to found to have Actual Knowledge of infringement.
They need to provide a link to original, a detailed description of the original footage and evidence of ownership. A "creation narrative" - the how, where, why, who with of the shoot - can be used as evidence. They need to state the exact details of the infringement.
They must state why the usage constitutes an infringement under UK law and certify on our form that they have considered whether the use qualifies under UK legal exceptions (such as 'fair dealing' for criticism, review, or quotation).
Their Name, Address, Phone and Email. (Business and Legal ones are fine. So long as they will be responded to).
Your Timezone (for us to be able to call you at reasonable hours for you).
Statement of Good Faith
Statement that they are the personal owner of the IP. OR
Statement of who the owner of the IP is and, if not them, that they are duly and legally authorised to act on their behalf.
Statement that they have verified that the Creator is NOT the one they are acting for, and that they have verified that their Creator has not entered into a collaboration or other agreement with the uploader that allows them to use the material.
WARNING that all claims will be forwarded to the Creator, in full, for them to dispute directly with the Claimant. Only the Address and Phone number will be removed.
WARNING that we may seek to contact the Complainant using one or more of the methods they provide. ALL provided contact methods must be functional. We reserve the right to verify any contact detail provided. If contact information is demonstrably false, non-functional, or completely unverified after a reasonable attempt to reach out, the notice will be deemed invalid for failing to provide verified actual knowledge
WARNING that a rights holder may be deemed abusive if they repeatedly submit takedown notices that are materially false, target content they do not own, or target content where the creator clearly possesses the necessary rights. You don't dispute the claim : Content is taken down. This is the end as far as we are concerned. In theory they could pursue you for damages, but, not in the real world, unless you really have been abusing their copyrights at scale. This is where they would ask us for your details, and we tell them they need a Norwich Pharmacal Order, which means you annoyed them enough for them to spend thousands of pounds.
You can send us your "proof this is mine". We recognise that you might simply like a quiet life, and can take such proofs into account when assessing if they are being abusive.
You do dispute it, it's your bloody work, and they are wrong to suggest otherwise : Essentially you give your own statement to them direct, ideally with evidence (this is where BTS and unedited originals is really good to have). In engaging with them, you will have provided them with your contact info because you want them to come back with, "oops, sorry, we withdraw".
If they withdraw (usually by sending you an email to that effect, which you forward to us), we can republish. If they do this a lot, they risk being labelled abusive.
If they do not withdraw, the content stays down. You can send us your "proof of it's mine" pack, (and we can take that into account for assessing abuse) but we can't put it back up unless you agree to indemnify us for costs and damages IF they sue, and IF they win. UK law will push a single video infringement claim into the Small Claims Court and they can only sue for a reasonable guess as to actual losses, which are probably quite small, for example if the complainant would have licenced the scene for £500, then that's all they are going to get, IF they win. You pay modest court costs, and each side pays their own lawyers. Basically, so long as it's your content, if you say "so sue me", they almost certainly won't. But it's your risk, we can't tell you to take it.

Content Removal & Reissuing: I reserve the right to remove any content from my library at any time, for any reason (or no reason at all), and I may choose to reissue it in the future.
The 2x Replacement Guarantee: If your individually purchased content is withdrawn within 30 days of purchase due to a dispute or third-party action, I will provide you with free replacement content of your choice up to twice (2x) the value of your lost purchase.
