Revenge and Revoking Consent

Before we start, you can TAKE DOWN ANY of your own content, at any time.

  • We are not imposing a 30 day or 1 year delay like apparently some platforms do. Your content, your business, your way.
  • You relationship with your buyer is yours. If you tell them that "content is available while listed, could be pulled tomorrow", that is the contract. If you promise people, "if you buy, it will be in your library for at least 12 months, unless removed due to circumstances beyond our control", then you need to follow through on that, or risk their bad reaction.
  • We do advise that if you decide to delete content, you let the people who have it in their library know, and provide them with an opportunity to save/download it before deletion.
  • FWIW, revocation by a co-performer is a circumstance beyond your control.

Revoking collab content.

If you revoke consent we expect the Creator to take it down on demand.

If you are a site member, contact them direct with your request. Ask us if they take no action for over 14 days.

If you are a not site member, we'd rather you contact them direct with your request first. But we will take down on demand if asked.

BE AWARE that a revocation may be an actionable breach of your contract with the creator.

Revoking content you were paid to be in.

As above.

Use this route for contractual disputes - e.g. "it's AI of me. I did scenes for them, and I agreed they could use AI to improve the scenes, but this is a whole new ones".

Be aware that they may sue you for breach of contract.

Revoking by declaring REVENGE or DEEPFAKE

We are required to assume you telling the truth and we it take down immediately.

We can DELETE or UNPUBLISH. Deleting is deleting. Unpublishing means that the content is no longer visible, and cannot be changed by the person who published it. BUT as part of housekeeping any content that is in the unpublished state for more than 30 days is automatically deleted as part of automated housekeeping.

WARNING ABOUT THE DANGER OF LOSING EVIDENCE : We are not lawyers. We do not know what evidence should be kept to help you. If you have involved the police we suggest you ask them to contact us so that we provide/keep whatever evidence can help them. OR you give us the contact details of the case officer and we'll reach out to them.
