NSFW Content Rules (Uk law, plus useful lines in the sand)
Our limits are the ones in law. In some cases that law is tighter than say the USA, and in other cases it's more relaxed. Some areas we are careful with as the boundaries are currently ill defined.
You know how people say “I don’t make the rules”, when they absolutely are. In this case, we don’t make the rules, often the rules are a bit vague, and, fact of life, edge cases are always disputed but bottom line, we are liable for everything on the site, so that’s what we are thinking about.
Some of these rules could be relaxed if we physically moved to live in a more relaxed country, (server and cloud locations are irrelevant) . FYI that becomes doable at around 2000 people on Gold / Silver tiers.
So :-
Overview : no CSAM and nothing that, if copied by a foolish civilian, could result in serious harm to them. This can be obvious - no proper looking violence, limits on CP, and can be "but why?", such no blood (biohazard when small amounts like menstrual, and of course the risk that your expert cut, attempted by a fool, is a deep slice and real damage).
Where we talk about consent evidence, this means IN THE UPLOAD, not just, "available on request".
Realistic Non Consensual : Not allowed. Consent must be established in the scene. Safe words.
FAKING IT WITH PROPS AND MAKEUP : Sadly not a way around things if your aim is realism. (Because an idiot might think it's real). IS OK when over the top and obviously faking up for effect. So, whipping to seem to break skin and leak blood, no. Remaking Monty Python's Black Knight, fine. TBH, in adult, by the time you are safe, you’re sploshing.
Legacy Content (poor paperwork) : Some content we will allow when it's creation predates modern paperwork rules. If you are a long established creator with a library of legacy content (and the kind of records that applied at the time) talk to us.
We will expect it to be bulk added to the Cloud shortly after you join. This allows us to have the defence that "our processes are designed to prevent people creating new material under old rules”.
IMPORTANT : If where you live has paperwork rules that you must comply with, you do still need to comply. E.g. we allow you to add with ID and Mickey Mouse photos, but you lost the release. Not a good idea to upload if where you live requires a release and you would be in trouble without it.
Banned Words List :-
BDSM : nothing that cuts the skin, max damage to be bruising that clears in a few days.
Performers must have ability to withdraw consent. If they can talk, that suffices. If they can't talk, and are restrained, you must, during the intro, establish TO THE AUDIENCE how consent can be withdrawn during the shoot. This must be a clear, obvious, unmissable communication, "blink twice" does not suffice, but "start shaking your head vigorously" might.
Rope, chains, chokers, collars etc: No throat devices that involve restraint. Clearly decorative is OK, but, that’s a high bar to pass in any form of neck restraint. Note, where the context is clearly a performance by experts, more relaxed. So yes, a scene where “Jack and Jill shibari display in a club” can pass, but the same thing presented as “I tied up my GF”, doesn’t.
CNC : Consensual Non Consensual. It must be clear that it is is consented. E.g. have an intro where the victim explains the rules – esp the safety aspects - and the safe word/action to all involved.
CP : Nothing harder than bruises that will heal in a few days.
Smothering/Suffocation : No. Illegal under UK law. It must be clear that they can breathe.
Breath Play and Auto asphyxiation : No. It really does tick the "copycats can come to serious harm" box.
Pee : Not in mouth or on a person. No drinking. (This is an unclear quirk of UK law. We hope to allow more pissing freedom once our revenues can support the legal fees involved. Our take, on body should become clearly legal, but in mouth or drinking, unlikely).
Squirting : During sex as something just happens within a long scene is fine. But you can’t fetish it. “Great scene and OMG she squirted”, fine. “Compilation of squirting”, no.
Scat : No.
Choking/Strangulation : Not Allowed. Law. For now, a one handed grab/press to the back or side control move is OK, but two hands? Cut. One hand but to the front, cut. Windpipes are fragile.
Animals : Obviously no animals to be involved in the scene, but if you are out in the country and there are horses, sheep in next field, OK. Your pet dog breaking into the bedroom and, er, giving kisses, yes it's very funny. But it's not making the edit.
Harm to other beings : Not allowed. (There are some sick fuckers).
Revenge and Deepfake Porn : Not Allowed. And we WILL help the police.
Insertions : Must be designed to be inserted, safe and hygienic in nature so safe, or adjusted to be so. Size must be dick size. A cucumber is not to be inserted. A cucumber with a condom, is fine. A glass bottle, or indeed a glass, NO. (Imagine it breaks....).
Fisting : It must be clear that the fist fits, is open style (not closed) and is welcome in. Not be aggressive.
Young Looking Performers : Do not dress them younger than they look - clothes, hair, set. Make it clear in the video that they are 18+. "So, how old are you?...". Avoid language like schoolgirl. If you wave their ID at the camera, TOTALLY REDACT EVERYTHING other than their photo and DOB.
Older Performers Dressing Young : Allowed. The Uk has a grand, if silly, tradition of fully grown women running around dressed as Sixth Formers. This is allowed. We require them to be 22+ (not law, just us, but we can see a test case coming and don't want to be it).
Incest and Step Incest : Uk law allows fictional STEP incest provided everyone is, and is playing, over 18. It bans direct family incest no matter what ages. Adult Baby : Allowed. Ok, allowed so long as you don't play stupid fuckers with AI. It's 2026, we have to write this stuff.
Smoking : Allowed.
Alcohol : Allowed in terms of set up etc, "Happy Birthday", but volume drinking, shot races, and drunkenness is not allowed.
It should not be suggested that the sex happens because of the drinking, or that the drink makes the sex better.
Weed and drugs: Not allowed.
Guns : Allowed. So long as not in a violent way. Hot girl target shooting gets turned on and fucks the instructor? Fine. Sadist runs his pistol up the thigh of his victim, NOT.
Weapons : Allowed, but as guns. Hot Guy vs Brave Woman sparing with swords then falling into bed, fine. Housebreaker holds a knife to her throat and fucks her, NOT.
Real Escorts : Allowed but no money for service details. You can post your porn and in the description, say you are an escort, and Pete is here to help show people what you do at work, and link out to wherever that information is. BUT you can’t say, “Meet Pete, who has come over for my $100 30 mins special”.
Hypnosis : Allowed. Pre and post shoot consent to be included at the end of the scene. Legacy allowed, provided there is a statement at the start, "People think hypnotised people can be made to do things they don't want to do. They cannot. Everything here is done because they consent to it as it happens, and you are seeing it because they were happy with the outcome".
Sleeping Beauty : Allowed, pre and post shoot consent REQUIRED (no legacy content without it. UK law).
Slaves : Showing people being bought, sold, traded, auctioned, or ransomed. Allowed. Pre and post consent BTS.
Masked Performers : Allowed BUT you must record a face out BTS of everyone giving consent. We may need to see it, but obviously, you don't need to include in the scene. Legacy where this is missing, allowed.
Exhibitionism in Public Places : Allowed if lawfully produced. We will assist the police if they contact us.
UK : It's essentially impossible in an urban environment. In a rural environment you need a Location Release from the landowner stating the shoot was not visible from any adjoining property or right of way. Or it is clear that the location was very secluded - cave, deep woods. Open fields and beaches, that location release is needed, even if the area is isolated.
Elsewhere: We will accept your formal statement re legality in countries where we think it might be true, (so, Cz, maybe. Asia, nope). But you must blur passers by for whom you do not have paperwork.
Audience of the public in a private location : Allowed, done right. Example, fucking in a nightclub as people watch. You must provide proof that everyone in the space must have been aware that it was being filmed and published. Ideally individual consent, but a video showing the BLOODY HUGE SIGNS saying, "Porn being filmed in this room. If you enter you should EXPECT to be filmed, and your face will NOT be blurred. The film WILL BE PUBLISHED" will suffice for our purposes. EVEN SO, blur all faces of those not individually consented. Legacy allowed.
Consent Revocation : Allowed. If someone in a video asks for it to be taken down, we will. That you might have a contract with them, that they are now in breach of, is between you and them.
Cosplay : Allowed, even bad taste things like Nazis*. HOWEVER avoid any cosplaying of corporately controlled characters if it's better than a cheap fancy dress.
NO POSSIBLY YOUNG coded characters, if done better than cheap fancy dress costume. Snow White is NOT getting fucked by any Prince, no matter how charming. We have no idea how old Snow White is, but "teen" is absolutely one reading of the standard movie iconography.

Furries : Allowed. So long clearly furries, (so no fucking with AI).
