Friends

Friends are a key part of the professional development and networking, and organising stuff (Group Message).

Us Creators all need to find new people to work with, places to shoot etc, but it’s always hard to just reach out cold.

One way flags are pale (and temporary, if not reciprocated after 30 days, they are removed), Mutual flags are bright.

  • Green Flag : You would be happy to recommend them. Your friends can see that you did it. E.g. Your Green Flag Alice, your friend Bob can see that you Green Flagged Alice. Bob might ask you about Alice.
  • Friend Blue : Flag as Friends your industry colleagues and acquaintances.
  • Personal Friend Orange : Your real, actual proper personal friends. When you are upgraded to Professional, you are automatically Mutually Friended to PaulJonesAIR, owner of the site. You can unfriend him, he won’t take it personally.

It would be normal for you to Green Flag anyone you have worked with or found helpful, and for most of the people you Green Flag to also be Friends. Anyone you Friend, you should also Green Flag.

Superpower : Group Message for small groups of Mutual Friends : You can do things like message the “12 people who are Mutuals in Cz” because I want to plan a collabs trip, and can plan around who of them is up for it.
