If UK, you don’t have to think of everything as courts are used to deciding what is reasonable re implied terms if there is a dispute. If elsewhere, know your system and apply it.
DO write something for the stuff you care about, the problems you can see happening.
The notes below are merely suggestions. Ignore them, amend them, whatever.
Creator-Buyer Terms & Conditions
By purchasing content or physical goods from me (the Creator), you (the Buyer) agree to the following terms:
Direct Relationship: Your contract and relationship are strictly with me, the Creator. CreatorsUnchained is purely the hosting platform and is not a party to this agreement. All disputes must be settled directly between you and me.
Content Availability: For individually purchased digital content (a-la-carte), I promise that, where it is within my control, the content will remain available to you for at least 1 year after your purchase. It is my practice to leave content up indefinitely, but, "things can happen".
Content Removal & Reissuing: I reserve the right to remove any content from my library at any time, for any reason, and I may choose to reissue it in the future. Your access as a Subscriber, will be to current Content. Your access re individual purchases scenes, is only until removed. You do not get access renewed if reissued.
Refunds: If your individually purchased content is withdrawn within 1 year of purchase due to my choice, a dispute, or third-party action, and I will you have your own personal download of it, or, if that is not possible, I will refund you using Bitcoin Lightning OR you can have alternative content to the value of 2x the unavailable content.
Subscription Exemption: The availability rules do not apply to Subscription users, as subscribers already enjoy ongoing access to a library of content.
Reasonable Use : There are some limits on use, but no normal user would ever reach them. They are mainly designed to catch browser and AI Agent errors.
Payment Disputes: If you are unhappy with a purchase and we cannot reach a resolution directly, you may take the issue up with your payment service provider, provided your payment service offers dispute resolution.
Physical Goods: All sales of physical goods are final. There are absolutely no returns. Furthermore, I do not offer refunds or replacements for items damaged in transit. Ask for a price to INCLUDE insurance.
These T&C DO NOT apply to any interactions off site - either on other sites that you may visit from here (such as cam sites) or any in person arrangement that happens. Those shall be governed either by the other sites rules, or such terms as we agree.
