Techie answer : an LUD-21 enabled always on Non Custodial Bitcoin Lightning wallet.
Let me break that down.
LUD-21 : the feature that means when someone uses their wallet to click to buy on a website, your wallet send a message to the site saying, "we got paid, give them the stuff".
This is the automation of content access to fans who buy. So you don't have to log in and grant them access.
A LOT of wallets do not have LUD-21. Those wallets are great for most things BUT NOT selling stuff at 3am to a fan in Japan.
Always On : collect money 24/7. If your wallet lives on your phone, and is off at night, all those Japanese fans trying to buy at 3am, just see TRANSACTION FAILED. A business wallet needs to be always on.
Custodial vs Non Custodial :-
Custodial means they hold your money (like a bank). They often have services like moving money in and out of your actual bank account within the app (expect to need to go through the usual verification process). To some extent, if shit happens, there is someone you can call.
Non Custodial means YOU are responsible for keeping your money safe. Main advantage, privacy. You can collect revenue without your bank asking questions. Cashing out is a two step process, but this is also good for privacy. Note, tax authorities monitor these cash outs, so, keep business records.
In your User Account, enter your Lightning address in, "Lightning Address (Instant Buy)". And SAVE. Our system runs a check.
Assuming that the wallet should be on, (e.g. phone wallet, on if your phone is), If you get ANY error, the wallet is not suitable. If it seems to work, then it should be fine. Ask a friend to make a test purchase.
Winner - Cake Wallet : TESTED BY ME. It's an easy to use non custodial phone wallet but because of "magic" it works while the phone is off. It seems to do the "it has one job" of collecting your money very well, without involving your bank.
Runner up - Speed.app : TESTED by me. Nice wallet. Custodial. Can link to bank accounts. Very keen on Verification. You get to pick your Lightning address and once you do, you CANNOT CHANGE IT. Pick something simple and vanilla. RECCOMEND SPEED APP TO FANS because we want them to have an easy way of LOADING their wallet with money for us.
In our industry the risk is that you have to tell Speed what you do, or your bank will start to ask questions about where all the money is coming from, so scope for them to have moral objections. Speed probably doesn't care as their T&C seems to boil down to "legal where you are? then fine". But we all know that banks can be shits.
ZEUS Pay : AI says fine. Not tested.
Breez phone app: Ditto
Minibits Cashu ecash phone wallet : Ditto
BTCPayServer : Brilliant but for serious techies only.
Alby : Brilliant, but moderately techie, needs a service like AWS or Digital Ocean.
Wallet of Satoshi : Yes but uses a different process, (NIP-57). Should be fine. Get a friend to make a test purchase. If the payments do not confirm, let us know. (NIP-57 needs access to particular server ports that can fail silently, and you telling us is how we find out).
Primal : As WoS.
Strike : As WoS.
At time of writing we either think these don't work, or we're not sure. But they might have been upgraded since, so if you have one, have a friend make a test purchase before trying new wallets. If you find it works, let us know.

RadarChat : unknown, but the same team as built Cake Wallet, so maybe. If you use it, tell us. It's a wallet built on Signal so great for paid 1-2-1 messaging, voice chat and video chat. "Send $50, and I'm all yours for a sexy chat for half an hour".
